FAQ

  • Is this less expensive than going to a body shop?

Yes. PDR is generally more cost-effective than traditional body shop repairs for minor dents and hail damage. Traditional repairs often involve sanding, fillers, and repainting, which increases both labor time and materials cost. In contrast, PDR restores the metal without affecting the original paint.

  • Do you charge for estimates?

We offer free virtual estimates for your convenience. These are visual assessments provided viewing your uploaded pictures to give you a general idea of repair needs and costs.

If you are filing an insurance claim, a professional estimate is required. This includes a detailed inspection, written report, and photo documentation suitable for insurance purposes. A $200 deposit is required for this professional estimate, which will be applied toward your repair cost if you choose to proceed with us.

  • Will the dents and dings that you repair come back?

No. Once a dent is properly repaired using PDR, it will not return. The panel is permanently restored to its original shape.

  • Is PDR covered by insurances?

Yes. Many insurance policies cover PDR for hail damage or minor collision repairs. We can help you through the claim process and work directly with your insurance provider.

  • Will PDR affect my vehicle's resale value?

No—in fact, it helps preserve your resale value by maintaining the original factory paint and finish, which is preferable to repainting or using fillers.

  • What kind of warranty do you offer?

All our PDR repairs come with a satisfaction guarantee and a limited lifetime warranty on workmanship.
